is an incredible school and we are truly lucky.

As you know the auction is our biggest fundraiser for Fiske
and it happens every other year…countless hours were spent
and we truly thank the entire community for all of their help
to make this years auction great!

So whether your plan is to help purchase more technology
or to support our teachers or to enhance the creative arts,
or the METCO program…tonight we all can make a
difference…

So, may your putting score be low…and your bidding score be
high!

Thank you…thank you…thank you!!!

Auction Procedures

Procedures: Each person or couple will be assigned a bid number that
will be on the back of the auction guide. This number will be used
throughout the evening to bid on all Live and Silent Auction items and
to buy raffle tickets.

Silent Auction: Each item will have a bid sheet and a predetermined
minimum bid. You may begin the bidding at the minimum bid amount and/or
increase the minimum bid by writing your bid number on the sheet along
with your bid amount. Required bid increments are noted on the bid
sheets, if applicable and vary with each item depending on the value.

Live Auction: Use the back of your auction guide as your paddle for
the live auction (there is a large sticker displaying your bid number).
Raise your program to indicate to the auctioneer that you would like to
accept the stated amount as your bid. The auctioneer will acknowledge
your bid. Winning bids will be confirmed by the spotters.

Conditions of Sale:
-The highest bidder shall purchase the item.
-All sales are final.
-Payment by credit card, cash or check (made to Fiske PTO) must be made
prior to leaving the auction.
-The purchaser is responsible for contacting the donor for all items
and services and for noting whether certain items (ie: gift certificates)
have expiration dates.
-If the actual item is present at the auction, it must be removed by the
purchaser immediately following the auction.

By participating in the Fiske School Silent/Live Auction, each bidder
agrees that Joseph E. Fiske School and its volunteers shall have no
liability arising from or related to any bid and all items purchased at the
auction are sold without representation or warranty.
