    from noon to 4 p.m. April 10.

    MSU Extension, Molina Foundation begin 50,000-book give-away to Detroit youth

    The Molina Foundation is donating up to 50,000 books to the Michigan State University 4-H Ready, Set, Read!
    program, to be distributed to youth in the Detroit area. Many of the books are about science topics, supporting
    Michigan 4-H’s focus on improving science literacy in the state, and the national 4-H goal of engaging one
    million new scientists in science programs by 2013.
