            Survey Job Title                  Match your Organization's Job Title to the appropriate Survey Job Title(s) from the list of
                                              titles below. Please use the job descriptions contained in the separate PDF document that
                                              accompanied this spreadsheet to match your company's jobs. As a general rule if your
                                              company's job does at least 70% of what the survey job does, it's a good match.


            Entity Name                       For each row of job data please indicate the Entity Name where the employees perform their
                                              jobs. Copy the Entity Name from the Organization & Contact Info tab into the cells below.




            Your Organization's Job           The Job Title in your organization that you are matching to the survey job.
            Title


            Organization Rank
                                              Refers to the "official" level of the position in the overall organization hierarchy, which can differ
                                              from the functional job title. For example, a Customer Service "Director" may have the
                                              organizational rank of a Manager, Director, or even a VP. Choose the Organization Rank from
                                              the drop down menu that most closely approximates the level of the job in your organization.
            Level of Job Match                Indicate how the responsibility level of your organization's job compare to that of the survey job
