					                Event or Fair Online Registration and Onsite Coordination
                                   ~Services and Fees~

Registration Services (Choose Money Management or Direct Payment)
       DIRECT PAYMENT -- No Money Management
              Payments made directly to Event’s PayPal or checking accounts
       ($10 per registration)
        Design and maintain Event website (minimum 10 registrations – $100)
              o Up to 4 webpages (homepage, vendors info, exhibitors list, map)
                       Additional webpages or web design $35/hour, minimum $35
              o Event promotion, dates, venue, sponsors, contact and registration info
              o Link to online registration
              o Links/Logos for sponsors, events, etc.
              o Provide current Exhibitor List
              o Upload current files for
                       Set-up info for exhibitors
                       Poster, flyers, coupons and print advertising
        Design and maintain Online Registration for each event
        Design and maintain online event database
              o Current/past/potential exhibitors and audience
        Confirm Paid Registrations, provide Set-up and Promotion info
        Maintain updated Exhibitor list for Event Program
        Maintain updated Event Coordination list
              o Paid/Unpaid Registrations
              o Exhibitor contact info and onsite requirements

       MONEY MANAGEMENT
       (10% of registration receipt – minimum $13 per registration)
        All Services from above (Direct Payment Registration Management)
        Processing and depositing receipts for registration sales
          o Cash and check payments
          o Credit card payments
          o OnLine payments
        Bookkeeping, accounting and reporting
        Disbursement of funds for expenses

Pre-Event Ticket Sales (Choose Money Management or Direct Payment)
Or Product Sales

      (5% per ticket/product receipts – minimum $1 per ticket/product)
       Design and maintain sales website (minimum 100 ticket/product sales– $100)
             o Up to 3 webpages and Order Form
                      Additional webpages or web design $35/hour, minimum $35
             o Link to online purchasing
             o Links/Logos for sponsors, events, etc.
             o Upload current files for Poster, flyers, coupons and print advertising
       Design and maintain Online Ordering
       Design and maintain online ennouncement database
       Confirm Paid Orders

          MONEY MANAGEMENT
          (10% of ticket/product receipts – minimum $2 per ticket/product)
           All services as above
           Processing and depositing receipts for sales
                o Cash and check payments
                o Credit card payments
                o OnLine payments
           Bookkeeping, accounting and reporting

Advertising Assistance
($35/hour – $10 minimum per request)
 Website design, updates, maintenance
       o $100 minimum per public webpage
 Print Advertising Design, Updates and Resizing
       o Produce print-ready, email-ready and web-ready electronic files
 Print Advertising Delivery via email
 Ad Copy Consultations for print, email, website, PSAs
 Promote event via email announcements
       o To potential exhibitors
       o To potential audience

Coordination Consultation
($20/hour – $10 minimum per request)
    Event organization and planning
    Budget/Fee development
    Event Program Design (produce electronic file)

On-Site Assistance
$100/day including travel days
      On-Site Services Provided
    Venue/Site Consultations
    Exhibitor Check-in and Set-up
    Entrance Welcome and Ticket Sales
           o Program, doorprizes and surveys

         Other On-Site organization and management as needed

          On-Site Requirements and Expenses Paid--
            o All travel expenses paid
            o All lodging expenses paid
            o Lodging on-site or within 1 mile of Event Site and food
                    (or personal rental car available for extent of stay)
            o Maximum 12 hour work day
            o Maximum 4 hour work shift followed by 1 hour food break
            o $35/day Per Diem for food

Full Coordination Package
(10% of receipts – minimum $750)
 All pre-event Coordination Consultation
 All On-Site Assistance -- On-Site Requirements & Expense Paid still apply.
 All Advertising Assistance
 Does not include Registration package.
