TIANJIN, China, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Yayi International Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
YYIN) ("Yayi International" or "the Company"), the leading producer and distributor of premium goat milk
formula products for infants, toddlers, young children, and adults in the People's Republic of China, today
announced that it has engaged Trout & Partners Ltd. ("Trout"), a U.S.-based marketing strategy consultancy
with a strong presence in China, to assist the Company in refining its product positioning and marketing

The Company is currently working together with Trout to streamline its product portfolio and refine its brand
image in order to position and strengthen its "Milk Goat" brand as the premium goat milk brand throughout

Trout has a proven track record in China of transforming regional Chinese brands into nationally recognized
names -- becoming industry leaders. According to Trout's positioning strategy, a product needs to win the
hearts and minds of consumers in order to become the leading brand. Trout helps companies find the right
positioning of a given product. One of Trout's principal success stories in China involved building Wanglaoji,
a Chinese herbal tea brand, from a regional brand with limited sales in South China into the best selling
canned beverage throughout China in 2007 and 2008, with almost 25% market share in terms of sales
revenue, according to China Industrial Information Issuing Center under the National Bureau of Statistics of
China. With the help of Trout, Wanglaoji's sales skyrocketed from approximately RMB100 million (US$14.6
million) in 2002 to an estimated RMB5 billion (US$732 million) in 2007, based on local media reports.
Wanglaoji is a privately owned company and is not required to provide public information about its financials.

Globally, Trout has long built its name by advising a diverse clientele of internationally recognized consumer
brands, for example, Apple, Mead Johnson, Nestle and General Mills.

"We are pleased to have Trout help us implement fresh and innovative positioning strategies in order to
further develop "Milk Goat" into a household brand name and to support our growth strategy. With their
successful track record in China in building Chinese brands into industry leaders, we are confident that they
are Yayi's best partner for this task. As a result of this cooperation, we expect to launch new marketing
campaigns next year to enhance our brand image among consumers," said Ms. Li Liu, Chief Executive Officer
of Yayi International. "We believe the partnership with Trout is an important step for our Company in paving
the way for sustainable growth."
