TIANJIN, China, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Yayi International Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
YYIN) ("Yayi International" or "the Company"), the leading producer and distributor of premium goat milk
formula products for infants, toddlers, young children, and adults in the People's Republic of China, today
announced that it has engaged Trout & Partners Ltd. ("Trout"), a U.S.-based marketing strategy consultancy
with a strong presence in China, to assist the Company in refining its product positioning and marketing
strategy.

The Company is currently working together with Trout to streamline its product portfolio and refine its brand
image in order to position and strengthen its "Milk Goat" brand as the premium goat milk brand throughout
China.

Trout has a proven track record in China of transforming regional Chinese brands into nationally recognized
names -- becoming industry leaders. According to Trout's positioning strategy, a product needs to win the
hearts and minds of consumers in order to become the leading brand. Trout helps companies find the right
positioning of a given product. One of Trout's principal success stories in China involved building Wanglaoji,
a Chinese herbal tea brand, from a regional brand with limited sales in South China into the best selling
