									MEMORANDUM
Date: Friday, August 29, 2008

To: The 1615 Poydras Street Tenants

From: Tina Hebert Brockmann, Property Manager

Re: Hurricane Advisory #3 / BUILDING CLOSURE

Due to the threat of Tropical Storm Gustav, and the uncertainty of landfall, the Building Management has made the
following policy:

The building will close today at 5:00 pm. Please make certain that all employees have left your offices no later
than 5:30 pm. We will begin shutting down the elevators at 5:30 pm and all elevators will be shut down by 6:00 pm.
After that time, only the stairwells will be available for exit.

We will be closing the garage on this evening at 7:00 pm. No cars will be able to enter or exit the building after
7:00 pm.

The building and garage will be completely shut down, with no access by tenants, until the storm has passed and we
are able to safely re-open the building. At this time, the projected landfall is Tuesday, Sept. 2nd, however
landfall location is undetermined. Therefore, it is likely that the building will not re-open until Wednesday,
Sept. 3rd.

Re-opening the building is contingent upon the severity of the storm and the ability to safely return to the property.
We will make every attempt to open the building as quickly as possible, however, at this time we cannot give a
specific time. Unless the City experiences a direct hit, we anticipate that the building will be open on Wednesday,
Sept 3rd. IF the building can re-open earlier, or as information changes, we will communicate updates as listed
below. Each tenant will be responsible for contacting your own employees.

While the building is closed and we are all working from an offsite location, we have a few additional communication
options for contacting Building Management.

      • 800 # Dial 1-888-581-1858 for updates on the status of the building. We will update the message with
building status or re-opening notices as information changes.
o The building emergency policy is to maintain communication with each tenant’s established emergency
contact/director. Please forward any questions to your company’s emergency director and they will be able
to contact the management office by leaving a message at this phone number or through the emergency
                     emails below.

      • Website: www.1615poydras.com
Refer to the Emergency page – there we have listed our emergency emails and the 800 number. We will
post written notices, memos, forms, etc. on this page as needed.
