Club Contact is RESPONSIBLE for picking up this CD Player/Speaker, set up and returning it
to the ASUN Sound Closet- see an ASUN Sound Technician or staff for access to retrieve and
return the equipment
ASUN Lights are for use with the following type of events:
Block Party Festival
Outdoor Evening Event (i.e. Orientation)
**ASUN Lights are reserved at the discretion of the ASUN Sound Director & Sound and Light
Club Contact is RESPONSIBLE for picking up this equipment and returning it to the ASUN
Sound Closet- see an ASUN Sound Technician or staff for access to retrieve and return the
Quantity (#) Staging
of decks = ASUN has sixteen (16) 4 foot by 8 foot interlocking staging decks that can be used for large
gatherings and performances. Please indicate the number of pieces you will need for your event (for
example, four (4) decks would create an eight foot by 16 foot stage).
IMPORTANT: Please write “NO” in the box if you are not requesting staging.
You will be contacted by the ASUN Sound Director to notify you if your request has been approved. It is
understood that the Event Contact for your event must be in attendance and remain at the venue or with the
requested equipment at all times while it is checked out to you. It is also understood that only individuals
employed by ASUN will be permitted to run equipment you have checked out with the exception of the Anchor
System and the Megaphone. Your Club/Organization will be held liable for any damage to ASUN equipment from
the time it is checked out to you until the time it is next used and verified to be working. If your request is
approved, you will need to provide a list of volunteers to provide support in moving equipment and a
production schedule to the Sound Director 2 weeks prior to the event date. ASUN has the right to submit
an invoice to your Club if equipment is damaged. In the case of poor weather, the ASUN Sound &
Lighting staff has the authority to make necessary adjustments and/or terminate services for the event.
All services provided are subject to the availability of ASUN Sound, Stage and Lights staff.

Further, I accept responsibility on behalf of my club or organization for all equipment requested, and willingly
accept the contract terms stated above. I further understand that if these terms are not met the ASUN Sound and
Lighting staff has the right to terminate services for my event even after it has been approved.
