Experience:
Since January 2003 till date Working in M/s. LG Electronics Inc .
as a Service Manager in Lagos (Nigeria) Africa.

Managerial Responsibility:
     • Sole in charge of LG Electronics Service Center in Lagos (Nigeria) and apart from that I am
          responsible for GSM and DDM products service in West Africa.
     • Opened of Authorized Service Centers in different cities in Nigeria and executed service plans to
           improve the skills of the service engineers / reducing the service lead time of these ASC’s.
     • Formulating service strategy in Nigeria and coordinating with production department (Korea) as
          well as with marketing department.
     • Keeping Inventory of spare part through CIC database for the spare parts purchase at a tune of
          Approx one million US$ per annum for Nigeria & West Africa.
     • Weekly reporting of all problems, number of repair data as per CIC database, spare part
          requirement, appointment of new technical staff for ASC to LG Service Center.
     • Part of decision making process for opening a level-3 Service Center for GSM and appointment of
          service engineers for the service center in West African countries.
     • Appointed Authorized service points in down towns in Nigeria according to LG service condition.
     • Reporting staff’s 4 Managers, 4 call coordinators and one store in charge. The technical staff of
           40 service engineers / service technicians and 30 A/C installer are working under these managers
          of ASC’s.
Technical Skill:
  Giving technical solutions of these areas:
1.DAC: Giving the technical training and solutions to service engineers. Giving the monthly
  training about the new lunching product ,premium product like (Side By Side, Plasma Gold AC,
  Front Loaded Washing Machine, Micro Wave etc) and giving the training to service engineers how to
  repair in house repair.
2.DDM: Giving training to service manager’s about LG GSM (fault finding, Hardware and software), PDP,
  Projection TV’s, Projection TV’s, TV’s, DVD player, CD player, Stereo and IT products.
Trained by the Korean Engineers of different products to enhance the service lead-time and to improve the
quality of service.
    • GSM software and field-test training in LGSI (Bangalore, India).
    • GSM & CDMA Training in UMTS handsets laboratory (Korea). Handling equipment: GSM Radio
          tester, GSM Analyzer etc.
    • PDP, DLP and Projection TV’s etc from LGEME (Dubai).
    • CIC and SPX software installation and operation from LGEME (Dubai).
    • Refrigerator (Side By Side and Double Door), Washing Machine (Front loaded) and Micro Wave
           in Abidjan.
    • Plasma Gold Split AC and Window AC in Lagos.

Since August 2000 to December 2002 working in M/s. Cine Sonic India (P) Ltd. is an
Authorized Service Center of Sony Corporation New Delhi (INDIA).
As a Service Manager and trained from Sony India.
Managerial Responsibility:
1. Supervision of 15 service engineers and Call Coordinator.
2. Coordinating the technical issues to Sony India and Sony Honk Kong.
3. Management of spare part Inventory and keeping spare part stock.
4. Formming the technical staff product wise appointed. Giving the training about CIC
   (customer Information Center) to the Call Coordinator.
Technical Skill:
1.Giving the technical training to technical staff of LCD data projectors, PDP’s, DVD player, CD player,
   stereo, etc.
2. Giving the Installation training to PDP installer.
3. Customer satisfactions training to service engineers.

Since January 1998 to July 2000: worked in M/s. BPL Authorized Service Center. Bhubaneswer
ORISSA (INDIA), as a Service In-charge of the Service Center.
 Managerial Responsibility:
 Handling of service center, Service part inventory, preparing service materials for service engineers.
 Supervision of technical team of 15 staff and providing training to service engineers time to time of
 refrigerator, Washing Machine, TV, Audio systems, etc.
Objectives:
Trying to associate with Electronics Company as Designing and Assembling of circuits and designing new
circuits and seeking an opportunity to prove my candidature.
