					CHICAGO BASED – National Accounts Manager

Position Overview

Responsible for executing sales strategies, initiates contact with existing and
potential multi-market enterprise customers, identify customer needs and sell
solutions with appropriate bundled services to meet identified needs.

Key Responsibilities {include the following, other duties may be assigned}

 Achieve revenue targets

 Maintain documented account opportunity strategies

 Conduct sales calls to gather information to qualify need, interest, and sales
   potential. Identify sales contacts, define the buying process, and sell the
   benefits of doing business with our company

 Develop favorable business relationships across multiple departments and
  levels within the customer's organization; facilitate key or Senior Management
  introductions from our company; prevent revenue churn

 Focus sales efforts from top of an organization down

 Provide verbal and written quotes, including follow-up sales calls on all quotes
   as well as RFP/RFQ management

 Coordinate sales activities as needed with National Accounts Director,
  Information Services, Accounting, Business Center Management, and Senior
  Management

 Facilitate new account and new application implementations and coordinates
   with operations

 Gather, record, and maintain account information using the CRM tool

 Participate in targeted industry associations and leverages membership

 Establish positive working relationships with corporate, regional and business
   center personnel

Qualifications

 Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics
*   10+ years experience in transportation/logistics sales

 Demonstrated success selling to enterprise multi-market accounts with key
   customer contacts

 Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel

 Demonstrate ability to develop and document short and long-term account
  development strategies

 Excellent communication and organizational skills
