LOCATION:                  Situated at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, The Cosmopolitan
                           of Las Vegas sits on 8.7 acres of land with 355 feet of Las Vegas
                           Strip frontage at 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The Cosmopolitan
                           of Las Vegas may be accessed on its southeast corner via two
                           elevated pedestrian bridges: one from the south crossing
                           Harmon Avenue, and a second from the east crossing Las
                           Vegas Boulevard. The Cosmopolitan also offers two, street-level
                           entrances: one on its east side on Las Vegas Boulevard and a
                           second facing Bellagio on its northeast side. The resort’s parking
                           garage is accessed from Harmon Avenue on the property’s
                           south side or from Las Vegas Boulevard on its north side. The
                           resort’s uniquely vertical multi-tower design occupies a boutique-
                           scale footprint, while its guests enjoy being at the epicenter of
                           the vibrant city.

DINING:                 BLUE RIBBON SUSHI BAR & GRILL – Blue Ribbon Sushi
                        Bar & Grill, created by brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg, is a
                        compendium of their popular Blue Ribbon and Blue Ribbon
                        Sushi menus, featuring a variety of bistro favorites, American
                        comfort foods, chops and fillets, sushi and sashimi. Blue
                        Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is a gastronomic tour of the brothers’
                        culinary affections from their New Jersey boyhoods, education
                        at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and New York City culinary
                        eclecticism.

                        CHINA POBLANO – China Poblano is an entirely new concept
                        from innovative Chef José Andrés. China Poblano showcases
                        Andrés’ personal take on Chinese and Mexican cuisines,
                        bringing noodles and tacos together in a festive, stylish setting.

                        COMME ÇA – Created by acclaimed Los Angeles Chef David
                        Myers, Comme Ça is a lively and modern French brasserie with an
                        emphasis on quality ingredients. Comme Ça serves traditional fare
                        with a David Myers spin: accessible yet provocative, delicious yet
                        chic. In addition to an impressive wine selection, Comme Ça offers a
                        menu of seasonal handcrafted classic cocktails shaken with Myers’
                        modern sensibility.

                        D.O.C.G. – Chef Scott Conant opens D.O.C.G., a new wine
                        bar named after a category of Italian wine certified under the
                        Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita, or the highest
                        level of Italian wine origin. This stamp of quality is at the heart of
                        D.O.C.G., which features pizza, pasta, an espresso bar, pastries,
                        artisanal cheese and chocolate, in addition to a large selection of
                        Italian wines.
                                   ESTIATORIO MILOS – Recognized as one of the world’s finest
                                   Greek restaurants, Restaurateur Costas Spiliadis’ Estiatorio Milos
                                   established his longstanding reputation by serving exquisite fresh
                                   fish imported daily from the Mediterranean at locations in Montreal,
                                   New York and Athens. Milos introduces an authentic taste of Greece
                                   to The Strip, sparing no effort to find the freshest, most delicious fish
                                   from around the world, then preparing them in the subtlest, most
                                   flavorful way.

                                   HOLSTEINS – Holsteins is an exciting new burger concept tailor-
                                   made for The Cosmopolitan by Las Vegas restaurateurs Billy
                                   Richardson, Kyle Madden and Chef Anthony Meidenbauer of Block
                                   16 Hospitality. With an emphasis on fresh, natural and organic
                                   ingredients, Holsteins brings better burgers and a funky, homegrown
                                   attitude to The Strip. The menu spotlights specialty burgers, house-
                                   made sausage, riffs on traditional American snacks and appetizers,
                                   as well as a wide variety of shakes and sides. All items—including
                                   toppings, buns and condiments—will be custom crafted in-house.

                                   JALEO – Culinary mastermind Chef José Andrés and his
                                   ThinkFoodGroup bring the authentic flavor of Spain to Las Vegas
                                   with his award-winning Jaleo restaurant, reimagined to include the
                                   excitement and spectacle of Las Vegas. A perennial favorite in
                                   Washington D.C., Jaleo was one of the country's first successful
                                   tapas restaurants, setting the standard for Spanish cuisine in the
                                   United States for almost two decades.

                                   SCARPETTA – Scarpetta, a modern Italian restaurant also by
                                   award-winning Chef Scott Conant, earned its name from an Italian
                                   expression that means ―little shoe,‖ or the shape bread takes when
                                   used to soak up a dish. Scarpetta represents the pure pleasure of
                                   savoring a meal down to the very last taste, while the restaurant’s
                                   menu and design reflect Conant's earthy, yet sophisticated,
                                   approach to Italian cuisine. At Scarpetta, the chef has created a
                                   satisfying and soulful menu of seasonally inspired Italian fare.

                                   STK – With outposts in New York City, Miami and Los Angeles, STK
                                   is a new steakhouse concept from The One Group. The bustling bar
                                   scene serves as its centerpiece, complemented by an inspired
                                   menu, relaxed atmosphere and sexy vibe created by a live DJ. The
                                   celebrity hotspot breaks with tradition, offering a flirty, feminine take
                                   on the classic American steakhouse.

MARQUEE NIGHTCLUB & DAYCLUB
AT THE COSMOPOLITAN:        With Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan, the
                            resort raises the bar for nighttime entertainment in a city known
                            around the globe for its exhilarating nightlife scene. The resort
                            has partnered with The Tao Group—known for developing
                            hotspots in New York, Las Vegas and The Hamptons—to
                            operate its nightclub, ultra lounge and daytime club poolscape.
                            As one of the most expansive nightclub venues in the country,
                            this monumental 60,000-square-foot, Rockwell Group-designed
                            venue encompasses seven bars that transition patrons between
                            three lavish rooms—the Main Room, the Library and the Boom
                            Box Room—and a variety of musical experiences from acts such
                            as Tao/Lavo Group resident DJ,DJ Vice, acclaimed global
                            superstar DJ Erick Morillo and American sensation Kaskade.
RETAIL COLLECTION:   Nearly 36,000 square feet of world-class shopping is
                     encapsulated within a striking, three-story glass façade. Nine,
                     new-to-Las Vegas stores and boutiques include:

                     ALLSAINTS SPITALFIELDS – British brand AllSaints is
                     acclaimed for its collection of vintage inspired, sharp-edge and
                     directionally designed apparel. Offerings range from graphic
                     tees, knitwear jersey, dresses, denim, leather, tailoring and
                     accessories for men, women and children. AllSaints currently
                     boasts a portfolio of over 70 stand-alone stores and 70
                     concessions worldwide.

                     BECKLEY – The Beckley experience is synonymous with luxury
                     lifestyle and provides unparalleled client services such as
                     personal shoppers, stylists, tailors, highly trained staff, and a
                     relaxed atmosphere. The boutique features women’s ready-to-
                     wear apparel, evening wear, lounge wear, accessories and
                     shoes from top designers as well as emerging industry talent.

                     CRSVR Sneaker Boutique – CRSVR (pronounced crossover)
                     Sneaker Boutique specializes in limited-edition sneakers and
                     men's & women's casually dressed up fashion. Originally based
                     in Santa Barbara, Calif., and co-owned by Las Vegas' most well
                     known resident DJ, DJ Vice, CRSVR also features live in-store
                     DJs, a Beats by Dre listening station, and distributes CDs to
                     guests with every purchase. Featured brands include Nike (Tier
                     zero) Footwear, Nike Sportswear, Supra Footwear, Native

                     DNA2050 – The one-stop shop for the ultimate denim fit, style,
                     and trend, DNA2050 is a boutique chain offering a unique and

                     accessories. Inside the shop, the selection of denim represents
                     today's most well-known premium brands, as well as the rising
                     stars of the denim world. Evocative and expressive, the
                     collections represent the latest trends seen in men and women’s
                     fashion. Additionally, DNA2050 offers exciting selections from
                     innovators in ready-to-wear fashion to complement its denim
                     offerings.

                     DROOG – Co-founded and directed by curator and author
                     Renny Ramakers, Droog creates products, projects and events
                     around the world in collaboration with designers, clients and
                     partners. Droog has offices in Amsterdam and New York, stores

                     RETROSPECS & Co – RetroSpecs & Co preserves and shares

                     SKINS 6|2 COSMETICS – SKINS 6|2 Cosmetics actively

THE POOL DISTRICT:   The resort features three distinct pool experiences, unlike anything
                     else in Las Vegas. From a vibrant and social dining scene
                     overlooking the heart of The Strip to a pampering retreat, guests
                     choose the scene that suits their mood from day into night.

                     Boulevard Pool overlooks the heart of the strip, offering
                     unobstructed sightlines in all directions. The focal point of The
                     Boulevard Pool is the pool and stage, presenting a brand-new
                     iteration of the concept of open air-theater. Able to
                     accommodate up to 3,600 people for private events, the pool
                     also makes its stage available for custom, live music and other
                     entertainment.

                     Bamboo Pool provides a more private, canyon-like feel
                     distinguishes. Different zones offer varying degrees of
                     seclusion, including a park-like environment with covered
                     walkways and grassy banks as well as a more open area,
                     featuring views of the surrounding towers. The Bamboo Pool
                     can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for private events.

SPA & FITNESS:       The 43,000-square-foot Sahra Spa and Hammam features 30
                     treatment rooms, a salon and two large fitness areas outfitted
                     with state-of-the-art equipment. The spa also boasts a luxurious

                            Inspired by the desert’s striking contrasts—exhilarating intensity
                            and ageless tranquility—the spa atmosphere encourages the

GAMING:                     The 100,000-square-foot casino features the latest

MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS:   The Cosmopolitan’s 150,000 square feet of meeting space span
                            the first three floors of the resort and offer a total of seven
                            ballrooms ranging from 7,000 to 37,000 square feet, as well as
                            46 meeting rooms.

                            The resort’s uniquely vertical design set on just 8.7 acres allows
                            easy access to all meeting and convention space, including
                            direct, room-to-conference elevator access in the East Tower.

                            Created with maximum flexibility in mind, the meeting and
                            convention space may be configured to accommodate events of
                            varying sizes, from intimate gatherings of 12 up to 4,000-person
                            receptions.

                            Space on the fourth level is complemented by direct access to
                            the The Boulevard Pool, which offers dramatic views of the Las
                            Vegas Strip, making it the perfect location for cocktail receptions,
                            exhibits and coffee breaks.

                            State-of-the-art technology offers a full-range, external sound
                            system, flexible-range and accent lighting, as well as a large
                            range of presenter tools, such as laser pointers, multiple
                            computer switching, laptop audio, wireless mice and more.
