For SCHEDULED Appointments
For appointments more than 24 hours in advance, use
  PHRED to schedule an Interpreter.
Be sure to answer the following questions in PHRED:
• Do you need an interpreter?
  – Choose “Yes”
• What language do you need?
  – Choose the language from drop-down list

What the Interpreter needs to know:
1. Patient’s name
2. Location
3. Purpose of visit
