                  VENDOR ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contracts will be issued upon approval of application. Please make your check payable to Square Fair,

1.	

   Concession set up will begin on Wednesday, August 4, starting at 2:00 pm. (You may set
        up on Thursday). All spaces are assigned. Your space will be under a tent, your space will
        measure 10’ frontage x 20’ depth—you must see the setup manager for your location, or
        check the street to see if your name is written in your spot.

2.	

   Minimum hours for FOOD VENDORS are:
              Thursday	

   August 5	

 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm
              Friday	

     August 6	

 11:00 am to 11:00 pm
              Saturday	

   August 7	

 11:00 am to 11:00 pm

3.	

   Lighting will be provided by Square Fair, inc. Food booths must be manned by vendor's
        employees during the Square Fair hours unless others arrangements are approved in
        advance. Food booths can be subcontracted to a commercial concessionaire with prior
        approval.

4.	

   Square Fair, inc. will provide two (2) 110 volt, 20 amp circuits to each vendor at no
        additional charge. The vendor will provide all other supplies and equipment necessary
        for service during Square Fair hours. Additional electricity is available as follows:

               110 volt- 20 to 30 amps (not to exceed 30 amps)	

                    $50.00
               220 volt- 20 amps	

                                                  $75.00
               220 volt- 30-60amps	

                                                $100.00

5.	

   Each booth will be limited to a total of four (4) circuits (the two included 110s plus two
        other extra circuits.) Electrical cords must meet National Electric Code requirements.

6.	

   Vendor is responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the area in and around his food
        booth. You must provide trash containers for your space and you must empty them into
        the large trash containers whenever necessary. Grease must be dumped into the barrels
        provided by Square Fair, inc. Grease may not be dumped down city sewers. Failure to
        keep your space clean is grounds for your contract to be terminated. Spaces will be
        checked all weekend.

7.	

   Strolling vendors will not be permitted.

8.	

   Participation is limited to 18 vendors, preference is given to vendors from the Allen
        County area.

9.	

   Square Fair, inc. wishes to provide the public with the greatest variety of food and
        maintains the right to select vendors according to the needs of the Square Fair operation.
        All sale items and prices must be submitted on the application and approved in advance
        by the Vendor Committee. Changes cannot be made without approval by the Committee.

10.	

   Each vendor may reserve one main menu item that will not be duplicated on a FIRST
         COME FIRST SERVED BASIS with deposit paid application. In addition, the Vendor
         Committee will make recommendations on standardized pricing to the vendors.

11.      Each vendor is responsible for complying with the Allen County Board of Health
         regulations regarding the operation of outdoor food concessions. Random inspections by
         the Health Department will be made during the Square Fair. Vendors not in compliance
         with Health Department regulations will be closed.

12.	

   Each vendor is responsible for his/her own liability insurance and sales tax collection and
         records if applicable. Each vendor must provide proof of insurance—a minimum of
         $500,000 liability coverage is required.

13.	

   Each vendor must provide a fire extinguisher for his/her booth site. Each booth will be
         inspected for a fire extinguisher. Should you not have one the Fire Chief reserves the
         right to suspend your operation until a fire extinguisher is obtained.

14.	

   Square Fair, inc will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred by the vendor. To
         avoid losses from theft or vandalism it is suggested that all supplies and sales items be
         removed from the booth each night.

15.	

   Square Fair, inc. will not be responsible for losses due to weather or other unforeseen
         circumstances. In case of cancellation for unforeseen circumstances—booth fees will
         not be refunded under any condition.

16.	

   Booth locations will be assigned. Those vendors cooking with open flames will be
         required to cook in a designated area other than selling space (booth). This designated
         area will be isolated from the crowds and have a used coal barrel.

17.	

   Only booths operated under the auspices of Square Fair, inc. will be allowed.
