							    Application Form for invitation letter to attend 2011 APA Convention
The Office of International Affairs is pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to attend the
2011 APA Convention in Washington, DC, August 4–7, 2011. It is understood that such a
letter of invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise travel funds or to obtain a
visa to travel to the United States. It does not imply a commitment from APA to provide any
financial support, nor can nor can we call or write personal letters to embassies or consulates
on your behalf.
Letters of invitation may be requested no later than 22 July 2011. Letters will be sent
electronically in PDF format or mailed by first-class air mail if requested.
Please complete the application form. Only applications that are correctly and completely
filled in can be processed.
