Garibaldi is hailed as one of Singapore’s most popular and respected fine-dining restaurant,
offering a wide selection of authentic Italian cuisine, fine wines, premium cocktails and beer.
Located along the trendy and bustling Purvis Street, the award-winning Garibaldi has become
a classic Singapore social gathering place.

After undergoing a renovation in early 2008, Garibaldi retains its modern and elegant, but yet
warm and dynamic feel. Conceptualized by Chef Roberto, the contemporary décor of the
interior spells modern Italian style! Softly-lit lamps with motifs of spring flowers exude
understated elegance.

Customers are greeted by the stylish and spacious interior entrance of the bar which offers an
extensive selection of Champagnes, wines by the glass and a fabulous range of cocktails
inspired by luscious fresh fruits and natural ingredients for maximum satisfaction. Our wine
list comprises of approximately 500 labels which are among the best in Italy and the world.

The restaurant comprises of a chic bar, two main dining rooms and three private rooms highly
ideal for business entertainments, birthday parties, wine dinners and other social gatherings.
The rooms are highly flexible with its foldable walls that can accommodate 15 up to 100
people.

The enticing menu emphasizes well-prepared Italian cuisine specially prepared by our
talented Chef de Cuisine Roberto Galetti, who has twenty years of cooking experience in
some of the finest establishments in the world including Bice restaurant in Bueno Aires and
Four Seasons Hotel in Tokyo.

Chef Roberto combines his passion with unyielding high standards and constant refinement;
This can be reflected in his dishes as he uses only the best seasonal ingredients imported
directly from Italy and allows the natural goodness of the quality ingredients to shine through
his cooking.

The menu offers a large selection of dishes with winning combinations of flavours and
textures, all beautifully presented. The risotto section boast of a wide selection of risotto –
featuring five decadent risottos done in various irresistible combinations, among which the
Risotto “Carbonara” style and Risotto Mare – seafood risotto cooked in a delicious lobster
consommé are must-tries.

Other signature dishes include the flavourful Angel Hair Pasta with Half Spiny Lobster,
Sweet Peas and Tomato, fresh Hokkaido Scallop with US Green asparagus and truffle
emulsion and the premium Angus beef tenderloin with potato gratin and red wine sauce. For
desserts, Garibaldi’s signature dessert –the traditional Tiramisu, Pannacotta and berries
Sabayon are both unique and delicious.

Garibaldi boasts of a wine cellar that can house up to 6000 bottles of wines. The wine list that
Garibaldi offers comprises of approximately 500 labels which are among the best of Italy and
around the world. The excellent wine list led Garibaldi to be presented with an Award of
Excellence from Wine Spectator since 2007.

The success of Garibaldi is based on serving value for money, well-prepared Italian food -
