Chili with Beans ½ lb. Kidney Beans 2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef 1 Bell Pepper (chopped) 2 – 3 Tbsp. Chili Powder 1 Tsp. Cumin 2 – 1 lb. Cans Tomatoes 2 Med. Onions (chopped) 2 Cloves Garlic (crushed) 1 Tsp. Pepper Salt to Taste In a deep saucepan, brown onions and ground beef. Combine all other ingredients and add to beef mixture. Simmer approximately 2 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
