     Create and drive the Business Strategy that will deliver a business
     infrastructure capable of supporting Kia medium term business objectives.
     Sole responsibility for the sale of all fleet sales units and ex-KMUK used
     inventory.

7.   Responsibilities

     i.            To manage Kia Motors (UK) fleet and used vehicle sales supply.

     ii.           Development of medium term strategy.

     iii.          To maintain business relationships with Kia Motors (UK) Ltd direct,
                   end user customers.

     iv.           Ownership, reporting and delivery of combined corporate and used
                   performance against the agreed budget.

     v.      To implement and develop affinity purchase scheme.

     vi.     To implement and develop Kia Motors (UK) and Franchised Dealer
             Network staff vehicle lease scheme.

     vii.    To implement and develop a Dealer Fleet sales programme.

     viii.   Residual value relationship maintenance with key influences such
             as CAP and Glass’s Guide.

     ix.     Development of Specialist Conversion Business.

     x.      To plan and forecast direct sales activities in respect of the Kia (UK)
             overall sales plan.

     xi.     To co-ordinate the operational supply of direct sales vehicles in
             collaboration with distribution.

     xii.    To ensure all sales and cost activities are within Kia Motors (UK)
             financial parameters.

     xiii.   To develop internal process solutions to improve efficiency and cost
             benefits for Kia Motors (UK) direct sales and used car operations.

     xiv.    To develop incremental routes to market via the Kia Motors (UK)
             dealer network or other means such as Internet, Used Car Auctions
             etc.

     xv.     Keep the company and stakeholders informed of fiscal changes
             and dynamics affecting the market opportunity and financial
             exposure of KMUK.

9.   Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Training

     i.      Extensive knowledge and understanding of the retail motor industry
     ii.     Extensive knowledge and experience of importer business
     iii.    Understanding and experience of franchising issues
     iv.     Experience of network management and development
     v.      Well developed negotiation and inter-personal skills
     vi.     Must be self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident
     vii.    Must display a high standard of personal presentation
     viii.   PC literate on office applications
     ix.     Able to demonstrate an ability to think, plan and implement
             strategically.
     x.      Financial awareness, capability and responsibility
     xi.     Written, oral and analytical communication vital
     xii.    Graduate calibre, preferable with post graduate degree/or
             equivalent professional qualifications.
