Summary

As Silverlink continues to develop industry leading communication solutions that motivate the health decisions of individuals we are
seeking an individual to manage the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) response and new business sales proposal
documents. The RFP/Proposal Manager will provide critical management, development and oversight of all RFP responses
documents, working in conjunction with departments across the organization to achieve a successful result. In addition, this role will
work with the Sales Team on a daily basis to ensure all new business proposals are developed in a clear, concise and professional
manner to drive new business. The team member would also be expected to assist in the creation and development of sales
collateral (print and digital) as well as website content and assist with general sales support as needed. The ideal candidate would
possess not only keen writing skills but also the ability to partner with various Sales and Marketing team colleagues to ensure
deliverables are prioritized appropriately and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

     •    Provide RFP response process management and document creation and development, working collaboratively with
          various departments across the organization.
     •    Create and manage the new business sales proposal development process, working directly with individual members of
          the Sales team to ensure success across a variety of solution offerings.
     •    Provide sales support assistance as needed in the form of collateral development, slide creation, etc.
     •    Provide website content writing and support as needed.
     •    Key points of performance will be: successful completion of RFP response documents, successful creation of new sales
          proposal documents

Qualifications
    •     Bachelor degree required, preferably with English/Journalism focus.
    •     Must have 5-10 years professional working experience (healthcare industry experience a plus).
    •     Familiarity with the RFP response process and document compilation.
    •     Comprehensive understanding of marketing, technology, and media.
    •     Must be very detail oriented, organized and self-motivated.
    •     Strong project management skills required
    •     Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    •     Flexibility/adaptability
