How to Read the Menu

♥ = Healthy/Light (fewer calories and less fat.)
   These recipes come primarily from Cooking Light magazine.
   Servings sizes match those specified in the recipe in order that each serving adhere to
   the proper nutritional specifications.

V = Vegetarian

Blue text = Freezable.
      Please note that entrées listed in blue text do not have to be frozen but can
      alternately be refrigerated.

Client Favorite!=   The most well- liked and requested recipes.




Descriptions of menu items are available on the “Menu Descriptions” link.

All entrees will be packaged according to the client’s specifications and dinner plans:
individual servings or casseroles (family-style), frozen or refrigerated, ready to heat
(cooked foods) or needs active cooking (raw foods), disposable or reusable containers
and so forth.

Instructions will be left with the client at the end of the cheffing day, which include
nutritional information for ♥ entrées.
