Summer RECYCLING TIPS
Benzie County households may recycle the following items at seven 24 / 7 recycling sites
• Clean #1, #2 & #5 plastic containers and aluminum & steel cans • Paper & flat cardboard (large quantities of cardboard should be taken to the school cardboard trailers) • Clean, clear & colored glass bottles and jars in the ‘glass only’ dumpster. • Clean #2 plastic shopping bags should be placed in the green barrel.
