   CHANGE A PET’S LIFE DAY OFFERS FREE PET ADOPTIONS

WHAT:          On January 24 , Hill’s Science Diet will partner with The Williamson County
               Regional Animal Shelter and the Humane Society of Williamson County for
               Change a Pet’s Life Day, a national free adoption drive to help transform the
               lives of shelter cats and dogs by giving them a second chance for love. Hill’s
               Science Diet will cover the adoption fees for the first 10 pet adoptions at each
               participating location.

               Shelter pets have many challenges to overcome and need our help to change their
               lives for the better. Pet lovers eager to open their hearts and homes to a shelter pet
               will also receive a starter kit that includes free Science Diet pet food and tips to
               give their adopted cat or dog the best start in their new life. A complete list of
               participating shelters across the country can be found by visiting

               Everyone can get involved and help transform the life of a cat or dog by visiting
               www.feedingisbelieving.com for the chance to have $5,000 donated to a shelter of
               your choice in your name.

               To reach the shelter from IH-35, take Exit 259 and go east two miles. The shelter is
               located on the north side of the road just east of FM 1460.

WHY:           According to the Humane Society of United States (HSUS), each year 6-8 million
               cats and dogs enter animal shelters in the United States. Shelter pets overcome
               many challenges and are in need of loving homes. Hill’s Science Diet is currently
               the largest corporate sponsor of shelters in the U.S, providing well over 1,000
               shelter partners with free, high quality nutritious food they need to help their pets
               get healthy soon and adopted faster. To date, Hill’s Science Diet has donated over
