                                                Full Push Ups




•   Lie on your stomach flat on the floor. Place your hands next to your shoulders, with palms to the floor (elbows
    will be bent).
•   Roll your toes under so they are on the floor
•   While on your toes, push your body up until your elbows are mostly straight but not locked. Slowly return down
    towards the floor.
•   Keep your stomach tight during the movement. Your trunk and head should be in a straight line.
