Dear Parents, Activities Week 2009 – Monday 6th – Wednesday 8th July 2009 This summer, the last week of the Trinity Term will consist of organised activities for the Lower School pupils, where the academic timetable will be suspended for three days between Monday 6th July and Wednesday 8th July. This creates an excellent opportunity for pupils to mix with others in their year group and pupils in the year above or below. Each pupil will have a choice of activity in which they wish to participate within certain necessary number constraints. Please read the attached information carefully before indicating your son or daughter’s choice of activity and indicate in the boxes below, which activities you would prefer by order of preference (1 being first choice and 5 being last choice). Please reply promptly as they will be offered on a first come first served basis, according to the number limit on each trip. I would be grateful if you would return the reply slip below, to reach me no later than Monday 8th June 2009. Please do not hesitate to contact me on the school number or via e-mail (email@example.com) if you have any further queries.
