The Auckland Showgrounds are an integral part of
Auckland and without the forethought of Sir John Logan
Campbell we may never have had them for our city. Over
the years the Showgrounds have gone through many
changes, as has our Show. The Showgrounds now hosts
many events and shows throughout the year, which have
in turn changed the face of the Royal Easter Show which
at one point was the only show to be held on these
grounds.
