NOTRE DAME HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER READING LIST 2009
The English Department at Notre Dame High School requires that each student read selections from the following list to help provide a context for discussions for the school year. While the department suggests that students read several of the selections, students are required to read a specific number of texts and be tested on these texts. Method of assessment will be determined by the individual teacher. Students are required to have the reading completed before the beginning of the fall term. All CP, ACP and Honors students must read one specified book and one free choice book. The free choice is to be taken from the list provided. All Dual Enrollment, APP and AP students must read two specified books as well as one additional book from the list.
