                                         ABSTRAK

Telah dilakukan uji kecermatan dan keseksamaan metode analisis kuantitatif logam arsen dari
arsentrioksida dengan metode Iodimetri, Cerimetri, Permanganometri, Bromometri dan
Spektrofotometri visible. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode iodimetri
didapat persentase recovery arsen 99,91%, rata-rata galat relatif - 0,09%, simpangan baku
0,59 dan koefisien variasinya 0,59%. Dengan metode cerimetri didapat persentase recovery
arsen 99,93%, rata-rata galat relatif - 0,07%, simpangan baku 0,38 dan koefisien variasinya
0,38%. Dengan metode permanganometri didapat persentase recovery arsen 99,98%, rata-rata
galat relatif - 0,02%, simpangan baku 0,36 dan koefisien variasinya 0,36%. Dengan metode
bromometri didapat persentase recovery arsen 99,53%, rata-rata galat relatif - 0,47%,
simpangan baku 0,41 dan koefisien variasinya 0,41%. Sedangkan secara Spektrofotometri
visible didapat persentase recovery arsen 100,06%, rata-rata galat relatif 0,06%, simpangan
baku 0,61 dan koefisien variasinya 0,61%. Dengan batas deteksi dan batas kuantisasi masing-
masing yaitu 0,03 g/mL dan 0,10 g/mL. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan tersebut dapat
disimpulkan bahwa kelima metode analisis memenuhi kriteria cermat dan seksama.

                                         ABSTRACT

Accuracy and Precision test had already been studied for quantitative analysis methods of
arsenic from arsentriokside by using Iodimetry, Cerimetry, Permanganometry, Bromometry
and Spectrophotometry visible. The result showed that the percentage of recovery arsenic
obtained from Iodimetry method was 99,91% with mean relative error - 0,09%, standard
deviation 0,59 and coefficient of variance 0,59%. Then, the percentage of recovery arsenic
obtained from Cerimetry method was 99,93% with mean relative error - 0,07%, standard
deviation 0,38 and coefficient of variance 0,38%.Whereas the percentage of recovery arsenic
obtained from Permanganometry method was 99,98% with mean relative error - 0,02%,
standard deviation 0,36 and coefficient of variance 0,36%. While the percentage of recovery
arsenic obtained from Bromometry method was 99,53% with mean relative error - 0,47%,
standard deviation 0,41 and coefficient of variance 0,41%. And by using Spectrophotometry
visible methods, the percentage of recovery arsenic was 100,06% with mean relative error
0,06%, standard deviation 0,61 and coefficient of variance 0,61%. While limit of detection
and limit of quantification are 0,03 µg/mL and 0,10 µg/mL. Due to this research, all the
methods of analysis fulfilled the criteria of accuracy and precision.
