             Presents a Tracking, Obedience and Protection Seminar
                                      with
                                WALLACE PAYNE

                              Saturday, June 20 – Sunday, June 21, 2009
                                            Fairmont, WV

                                 Working spots: $150 per dog for both days
                            Spectators: $30 per person for one day, $50 both days

                             Limit: 10 working spots, unlimited spectator spots.

                                         Highlights of Mr. Payne’s career:

         •   2008 GSDCA-WDA National Championship, 3rd place
         •   2008 WUSV Alternate
         •   2007 North American FH Champion with 99 points off leash
         •   Qualified for the WUSV team with four different German Shepherd Dogs since 1997

         •   Highest scoring team member on the 1 place United States Team at the 2006 WUSV World
             Championship
         •   The second highest score in the USA National Championship in 2004 with 294 points overall
         •   The highest score in the GSDCA-WDA National Championship in 2006 with a perfect score of 100
             points in protection and 294 points overall
         •   Coached several other competitors to reach their goals including FCI & WUSV teams
         •   Conducts Schutzhund seminars nationally and internationally

Entries will be based on the first working entries received. Pre-registration is required for working and
spectator spots. Closing date (received by, not postmarked) for entries is 5 p.m., Friday, June 12. Working
participants need to attend Mr. Payne’s lecture on Friday evening, 8-10 p.m. Final scheduling and entry
confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

Location:      Creekside Kennels
               Bartrug Road, Fairmont, WV, 26555
               Tracking location will be announced before seminar. All participants will be notified of exact
               locations and meeting times by email.

Entries:       Please complete the entry form on last page, make check payable to Mountaineer
               Schutzhund Club and mail to: Karen Seaton, 340 Christy Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330.

Meals:         Lunch and drinks will be available for purchase.

Time:          Our projected start time is 7 a.m. each day and ending at ?
Dogs:         Unless you have paid to work a dog at the seminar, please do not bring one. All dogs must
              remain crated or secured in vehicles when not working or going out to relieve themselves.
              No dogs will be allowed to "visit" or "socialize" in the seating areas unless invited to do so. All
              dogs must remain on leash while on the premises unless it is your time to work during the
              seminar. Please pick up after your dogs.

Bring:        We will have two canopies and several chairs set up for attendees by the field. Feel free to
              bring your own fold-out chairs.

              Participants, please bring the training equipment necessary to work your dog during the
              seminar (ball, tug, collar, harness, long line, tracking equipment, etc.).

Videotaping: Videotaping and photography are permitted for your own dog. Do not video
             tape/photograph another attendee's dog without express permission from that attendee.

By signing above it is understood that dogs at this event will at all times be in the care and control of the dog’s handler. It is further
understood that the undersigned agrees to be fully responsible for the action of his/her dogs while on the event grounds. Mountaineer
Schutzhund Club, it’s officers, directors, members, guests, Creekside Kennels and property owners and other agents, Wallace Payne
HARMLESS for loss or injury which may have allegedly been caused directly or indirectly to any person or things by any action of my dog(s) or
to my dog(s) while on the event premises and surrounding area. I hereby assume all responsibility and liability for such claims.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mountaineer Schutzhund Club, it’s officers, directors, members, guests, Creekside Kennels
and property owners, Wallace Payne and other agents free of any and all claims or clams by myself, my family members or any other
person accompanying me while on the grounds used for Mountaineer Schutzhund Club activities or the surrounding areas thereto as a result
