In the event of conflict between the Sulphur Mercaptan and Doctor Test results, the Sulphur Mercaptan results shall prevail. The umpire method is ASTM D 4809-95. These MSEP requirements apply only at point of manufacture. Any amendments in MSEP value indicate fuel contamination during transportation and provide basis for investigation, but are not to be used as the sole reason for rejection of the fuel. Due to the requirement of DEF STAN 91-91/5th conductivity limits are mandatory for product to meet this specification. Some manufacturing and distribution systems inject SDA further downstream. The conductivity limits are at the point of delivery to aircraft. In accordance with DEF STAN 91-91/5th, the requirement to determine lubricity applies only to fuels containing more than 95% hydroprocessed components where at least 20% of them are severely hydroprocessed. The fuel from LUKOIL Neftochim Bourgas is 100% hydroprocessed kerosene fraction without severely hydroprocessed components, because of this index is not specified. Approved antioxidant additives are listed in Annex A 1.4 of DEF STAN 91-91/5th, together with the appropriate RDE/A/XX - Qualification Reference for quoting on refinery Certificates of Quality. Metal Deactivator Additive (MDA) are listed in Annex A 2.2 of STAN 91-91/5th. See also Annex A2.1 about the need to report thermal stability before and after using when contamination of Jet A-1 by any of the trace metalslisted in the Annex is unproven. Maximum doping at the point of manufacture or on initial doping is limited to 2 mg/l. 6) 7) 8) Re-doping limits for Static Dissipator Additive are: - Cumulative concentration 5,0 mg/l - Initial dosage not limited - Additional concentration 2.0 mg/l 1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Colourless high flammable liquid. The fuel complies with issue 20 (March 2005) of the Aviation Fuel Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems for Jet A-1 (AFQRJOS) covering the requirements of the following specifications: DEF STAN 91-91/5th issue of 08 February 2005 ASTM D 1655–04a for Jet A-1 2. APPLICATION: Aviation Jet A-1 turbine fuel. In compliance with Attachment A of DEF STAN 91-91/5th issue it is permitted to add some other additives at the place of usage. 3. METHOD OF PRODUCTION: Crude oil straight distillation with hydroprocessing of the kerosene fraction. The fuel is 100% hydroprocess kerosene fraction with antioxidant and staticdissipator additives in accordance with Attachment A of DEF STAN 91-91/5th. 4. 5. STORAGE: Closed tanks. TRANSPORTATION: By road and railway tankers, meeting the regulations of inflammable loads transportation.
