By utilizing HRDI’s resources, your training dollars will go further to update existing skills and add new ones – conveniently and cost effectively. On that note, I am pleased to be able to update you on the progress of the New Jersey Enterprise-wide Learning Management System (NJ ELMS) – a dynamic online platform that will provide agencies and employees with new opportunities for meeting their training needs. This Learning Management System (LMS) will allow employees to take advantage of e-learning, register online for classroom courses, and better synchronize training with job development needs. This is the best possible management material that I have seen in my career. I am committed to getting every sergeant and above this training as long as I have a say. Hopefully, we will get to the point where all sergeant prospects will also get the training. Bob Nolan Captain Law Enforcement Division Commander I want to thank everyone at HRDI and FDU for the CPM program. I was recently promoted to the North Region Manager for the Motor Vehicle Commission. I now manage 15 MV agencies. I truly believe that without going through the CPM program, I would not have had the confidence or knowledge to pursue and handle the new job. I learned a lot from the teachers and from my fellow students. David Anthony North Regional Manager Motor Vehicle Commission
