     位于人民南路、新光华街的仁恒置地广场地上基座已封顶，明年 8 月整体封顶。
Yanlord Landmark, situated along the Renmin South Road and New Guanghua Street, has finished
in topping out its ground bed, and prepares to accomplish the whole building topping in August
next year.



     蓉城唯一一栋选择全冰蓄冷空调和全新风调节系统的高档楼宇，唯一一栋房间带有大

些令人耳目一新的设计，                 都出自正在建设中的成都市重点项目仁恒置地广场。                                  昨日记者从仁
恒置地（成都）有限公司获悉，项目目前进展非常顺利，地上五层基座即将封顶。预计到明
年 8 月，楼宇整体将全部封顶；明年底，位于裙楼的品牌购物中心就将开张营业。
The only top-end building with full ice stored air-conditioning and fresh air adjustment systems in
Rong (abbreviated name for Chengdu city); the only business mansion with each room enjoying
grand balcony; the modern architecture with ultra-low emissions, low pollution rarely achieved for
super high-rise building in China; all of the amazing designs just burst from the key construction
–in-process project in Chengdu, that is, Yanlord Landmark. Yesterday, the reporter learned from
Yanlord Land (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. that project is proceeding very well, and the bed for five floors
above the ground has been successfully topped off. It’s predicted that the building’s whole
structure shall finish topping out in August next year; and, by the end of next year, the brand
shopping center around the podium shall open for business.

  据仁恒置地（成都）有限公司总经理黄中兴介绍，仁恒置地广场在成都首家使用节能、
环保的全冰蓄冷空调系统。据悉，这种目前最先进的空调系统采用夜间制冰、白天工作的原
理，能够提供温度、湿度都恰到好处的空气质量。无论是在房间里，还是在走道上，甚至在
出风口，空气都非常均衡，不会出现过冷和过热的现象。此外，仁恒置地广场还在成都首家
采用全新风调节系统和变频变风量空调（VAＶ），这样一来，不但每间房屋的温度湿度可以
由房主自行调节，室内空气还能与室外空气实现对接，避免细菌和病毒的传播。 “建设成都
市空气质量最好的楼宇”                ，这正是仁恒广场的一大特色。
      According to Yanlord Land(Chengdu) Co., Ltd General Manager Huang Zhongxing, Yanlord
Landmark initializes the application of energy saving and environment friendly full ice stored
air-conditioning system in Chengdu. It’s learned that the currently most advanced air-conditioning
system employs the principle of making ice at night and starting work in the daytime, capable of
providing perfect air quality in terms of temperature and humidity. Wherever in the room, or the
passage, even at the air outlet, the air always appear well balanced and comfortable, absolutely
free from the overheating or overcooling phenomenon. Furthermore, Yanlord Landmark takes the
lead to adopt fresh air adjustment system and frequency conversion & air variable volume air
conditioning equipments (VAV). Thus, the temperature and humidity in each room is subject to the
owner’s choice, while the indoor air is able to achieve transfer with outdoor air, helping avoid the

     据介绍，为了做到空气质量优于普通楼宇，空调系统就将增加近 4000 万元的投入。
据悉，由于不采用化学制冷，仁恒的空调系统基本不会污染环境。而为了降低城市的热岛效
应，大厦还设计了热回收系统，将排放的所有热能回收利用。从这点上说，它犹如一栋有生
命、会呼吸的楼宇，通过自身的完善实现与环境的和谐。
According to the introduction, the strategy of constructing one building with air quality
transcending the common building, adds some more investment of almost RMB 40 million Yuan
to the air-conditioning system. And it’s also learned that due to not applying the chemical cooling
technology, Yanlord’s air-conditioning system will essentially not pollute the surroundings.
Besides, the mansion has devised one heat recovery system meant to reduce the city’s tropical
island effect, and recycle all the heat emissions. In this sense, the building seems animated and
capable of breathing, just by means of its perfection to achieve harmony with the surroundings.

      灯光由曾打造金茂大厦的英国全景公司担纲，工程由参与鸟巢建设的英国奥雅纳公司
负责，景观由设计香港迪斯尼乐园的美国易道公司打造，此外还有梁志天、CL3 负责室内设
计，仲量联行负责物业管理等等，这是一支“梦之队”的完美组合。
