Review of Other States’ Fees
• Researched 12 states utilizing some efiling
• Fees vary from no fee to a high of $16.00 plus
    percentage of the filing fee for credit card option
•   Credit card fees ranged from 2.25% to 4 %
•   None of the states reviewed accept echeck
•   Escrow services are not offered. Some vendors
    allowed for payment by check service through
    private vendors
•   Civil filings are the most commonly accepted filing
