Instructions for worksheet
Fill in the name and a brief description of the participant’s organisation in the
first field. This will help the participant focus on the organisation for the rest of
the template.
Using tools that have been thought in the programme, participants are to
identify the organisational goals and write them into the next level of the
flowchart. They then indicate the priority of each goal in the space provided
besides the titles ‘Organisational Goal’.
Participants then identify the category of each organisational goal and write it
in the space provided under ‘Goal Category’.
Based on the ‘Organisational Goal’ with the highest priority, participants are
then to list their personal goals (ensure that personal goals are in line with
organisational goals)
Participants then complete the worksheet by listing down their roles and
responsibility to the organisation and by identifying how they can contribute to
the overall achievement of organisational goals, within the frame of their roles
and responsibilities. Listing their roles and responsibilities also acts as a
check to see if their personal goals are within their capability to achieve.

tasks necessary to achieve the selected goal. Once identified, participants will
rank the task in terms of criticality.
Participants will use the template to record time and stress issues and how
they can best manage them.
Participants continue recording their worklife issues (personal responsibilities
and health), and how it can be managed.
They finish with identifying a motivation technique to be used to help them
stay motivated throughout the process of moving towards the goals.

This is a checklist to identify if the participant has prepared well for an
interview. Typically conducted on the second or subsequent session of the
programme, participants are to simulate that they have prepared for an
interview, making sure all the points in the checklist has been met.
Assessor can then assess the participant based on their level of
preparedness. To minimize time spent by the assessor on each participant, he
can pair participants up to do a first round check of the materials being
present on each other and verified by the assessor after.
