Sifton OSCAR Disney Princess & Superhero
Dress-up as your favorite Disney Princess & Superhero or character and join in the fun. Activities include: special theme crafts, games, prizes and cookie decorating
Jack Stuart OSCAR Sports Day Wear your Sports Jerseys, sunscreen, hats and bring your water bottle. Be prepared to have a fun filled sporty day! Activities include: kickball, soccer, basketball, frisbee, parachute and many more games, prizes & activities.

Chester Ronning OSCAR Sports Day
Bring your hats, sunscreen, water bottle, good sportsmanship, and prepare to have a sporty day! Activities Include: Grass hockey (must have helmet with face cage), soccer, hoola hoop competition, and many more games, prizes and activities.
Sparling OSCAR Birthday Party
Everyone loves a birthday party; celebrate your birthday and your OSCAR friend’s birthday on this special day! Bring a hat, sunscreen and water bottle. Activities Include: Party games, sack races, musical chairs, activities and special surprises.

All families must re-register EVERY YEAR to return to OSCAR in the fall. Registration packages will be available starting Monday, June 22nd. Register early and avoid the back to school rush and the possible disappointment of not having a space. Students must be registered by August 25th to attend the first day of school (August 31st) Registration forms, parent policy manual and handbook will be available on our website: www.camrosefcss.ca Please have a look as we have made many changes to the 09-10 policy and handbook. Account balances must paid in full to be accepted for the fall. You can register, but you are not accepted until your 08-09 account is paid in full. $25 registration fee and $100 deposit (could have been retained from this year) per family is due when you register.
Each year we ask parents for their input about the OSCAR program. This information is used for future funding and to help us improve our quality of care for your children. Please take a few minutes and complete the blue survey page and return it to CDSS or the OSCAR Program as soon as possible. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you to the parents that have taken the time to complete the accreditation paperwork. If you have not had the opportunity to complete the paperwork please take a few minutes at the OSCAR site when you pick up your child. This paperwork will be sent to the Accreditation agency, and they will compile the results and let us know how we are doing to meet the accreditation needs of the program.

Apply to June Bill Retain for Next Year
If the Program Director does not hear from you by June 26th, it will be assumed you would like it retained for September’s Registration. If you would like it applied to your June Bill we need to hear from you ASAP.
Please ensure your account is paid in full as quickly as possible.

Families using the Government of Alberta Out-of-School Care Subsidy might be able to qualify for continued coverage if you are using a sponsored program (Day Home or Kin Care). Contact the Subsidy Assessor or check the website www.childalberta.ca If you do qualify for the subsidy program please check your renewal date to ensure you have continued coverage for 09-10 school year.
