Prayer for Travellers and ‘Holidayers’
Heavenly Father, bless us as we begin our holiday time; command your angels to
guard and protect us from all harm. Be with us, Lord, from our setting out until
our safe return; clothe us in your protection; keep us from all danger until we
gather together once again. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

your generosity! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Have a wonderful summer!
Empty Summer Cupboards
Help us stock the cupboards of St. Vincent de Paul by bringing a non-perishable food item
or a toiletry to Mass this Friday (11:00 am). It is the last time we will be collecting until
the fall, and our collections go a long way to helping those in need!
The Grade 7 Classes
Tutoring is available this summer. I am qualified to teach up to grade 12 and also have
Special Education qualifications. Please call Laura Belluz @(250)212-6313.
Recycled Used School Supplies
School is soon over so this is the time we ask all school children to save their partially used
supplies like crayons, scribblers, pencils, picture books or anything else that a poor child in
a third world country would love to have. If there is something you would like to donate
please drop it off in the boxes located in Doyle under the office window.
Ms. Majic and her family would like to say thank you very much for the beautiful flowers
for the altar. Your kindness and prayers are greatly appreciated.
Student Leadership Cookbooks
The cookbooks are ready!! Thank you very much to Heather Hrasko for all her hard work
in typing them up. The cookbooks are filled with favourite family recipes that are tried
and true. These kinds of cookbooks are always the best…………they are on sale for $5.00 at
the office. Come and pick some up. They’re a great gift for family and friends.
There were 3 floodlights left at Charity Hall after Family Fun Night. If these are yours
