environmentally friendly CO2 technology, applied to car air conditioning, supermarket refrigeration,
or water heaters, amongst others.

To handle the overall administration and ensure a smooth running of the office, Shecco is looking
to recruit an:
Office Manager (part time)
The major tasks will include:
Handling all general administration & maintenance of office: correspondence, mailings,
contracts database, order office supplies, updating memberships, etc.
Accountancy support: prepare invoices, process payments and update files
HR Support: Planning of absences, training, ensure compliance with staff regulations
Constant dialogue with customers, suppliers, accountant, social secretariat.
Minimum 5 to 7 years working experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
University degree, a plus
Fluent French and English (Dutch and/ or German, a plus)
Knowledge of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, trustworthy, able to work in teams and autonomously
Excellent working atmosphere, in young dynamic team
