Set Construction
This Wednesday, we will be construction of our set. We do NOT need everyone at this time. What we really need are 10-12 parents or older children with power tools to begin building the larger pieces. Please sign up in the lobby. While we are aware that many families will be busy during Memorial Day weekend, we plan to be at the theater on Saturday, May 23rd for set construction. If you are available, please sign up in the lobby to work this day. We would like to finish building the larger pieces as quickly as possible.
Rehearsal Needs
Remember to bring your script and a pen or pencil to every rehearsal. For dance rehearsals, wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes (meaning… shoes that can be danced in, not sandals). Bringing a water bottle is also recommended.
Volunteer Opportunities Form
While most families turned this form in during the auditions, some brought them home to complete. If you have not already done so, please turn in this form.

Thinking ahead…
Understanding that many families have plans for Memorial Day, we have not scheduled a rehearsal for this Saturday and Sunday. We have planned an important rehearsal on Monday, May 25th. At 6:00, we will review the costume requirements for each cast member, then review all of the music from the show. Have a safe weekend, and we’ll see you Monday evening.
