    The Brasstown Flyers R/C club will be hosting a fun-fly event on Saturday, July 18th,
2009. Flying is open to all AMA member pilots for all types of r/c aircraft. Spectators
and visitors are welcome. The event will take place at our flying field located at 811
Settawig Road in Brasstown, NC 28902. The field will open at 8am and close at 6pm.
Parking is $1.00 per vehicle and a $10 landing fee will be charged.

   A RTF Eflite Apprentice trainer aircraft will be raffled off with tickets on sale for
$1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. This aircraft even includes the 2.4 Ghz transmitter.

    Flying is open to all skill levels, so bring your planes, some shade, and a chair and
fly with us all day in the beautiful western NC mountains. We have a 300’ grass strip
and 60 acres of wide open spaces to fly in.

     A hot dog lunch will be served from 11:30am to 1pm for $3. This includes the hot
dog with all the trimmings, plus chips and a soft drink. Extra soft drinks and desserts
will also be available for purchase.
