                              OFFICE MEMORANDUM


        In view of the General Elections - 2009 scheduled on 16\h April, 2009 all HODs /
Sectional Heads are requested to seek the approval of Director, llCT before sanctioning
of leave, official tour, LTC, Deputation, etc. upto the date of polling. In case, election
duty has been allotted to the staff who are 011 leave, their leave may he cancelled and
directed to report for duty.

       This issues with the approval of the Director, l lCT.
