TECHNICAL SYNOPSIS
    Extensive experience in the full life-cycle of database and application reporting development projects
     using many high-level reporting tools and methods, such as all versions of Crystal Reports and Business
     Objects (Crystal) Enterprise, PeopleSoft, Remedy, iWise and Nortel Symposium.
    Expertise in understanding the client’s data, voice and process needs and developing reporting
     methodologies to represent those needs graphically and elegantly
