TEACHING PROCEDURE

    Introduction and Mental Set
    Ask students if they have ever had to wait for something and were afraid that
    is was going to fall through. Disappointment in the floral industry is hard to
    overcome.

    Discussion

    1.    Students should develop a wedding floral delivery schedule.
          A.   Rehearsal dinner
          B.   Wedding ceremony
          C.   Reception
          D.   Take down of decorations
          E.   Special requests

    2.    Activity
          Students should develop a delivery plan using the budget and design
          identified from lessons 1-4.


SUMMARY

          Delivery of the decorations is of the utmost importance. No matter
          how much planning was done, if the decorations are not on time, the
          wedding party will be disappointed.

    Evaluation

          Students to be graded on completion of activity.
