Note:

10. Any additional facility, if provide will be charged extra.
11. All building plan, layout specifications extra are tentative.
12. All Payments should be made by Cheque/ Demand Draft drawn in favour of Piyush Colonisers Ltd. Payable at
Delhi/New Delhi/NCR.
13. The final allotment shall be entirely at the discretion of the company, which has the right to reject any application
without any reason whatsover.
14. Above mentioned payment plan is subject to change until the finalization of building plan by the competent authorities.
15. Service tax on BSP & all the charges shall be charged extra as per the Government norms.
