For instance, the Quarterly RA Allocation will depend each quarter on the number of actual students living at Crown. In another instance, CSS might allocate $150 for the Ice Cream Social but spend only $139.48. The Actual Allocation Used reflects exactly where an allocation is spent. Allocations Red with brackets indicates a deduction from the account. Actual Balance This is the amount funds CSS has at its discretion IF all allocations and anticipated allocations are spent in full.
