Camp Bonuses
A focus on fundamentals teaches basic skills to the beginner while it strengthens the abilities of the experienced player. More advanced concepts will be introduced and implemented in team play experiences. Participants will be grouped with others of their age and/or ability level. Participants will meet current and past Jay M. Robinson players and the coaching staff. Special groups in addition to fundamentals will focus on basic workout techniques, volleyball rules, and what to expect when trying out for a school team. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt! *** All young ladies interested in trying out for Jay M. Robinson Volleyball in the fall are especially welcome to attend. This camp is by no means mandatory, but it gives us a chance to meet you, and you can get a jump on getting into shape for tryouts in August!

JMRHS Annual Bulldog Volleyball Camp
Volleyball is becoming more and more popular in the world today. It is a game full of excitement, and we at Robinson wish to share this excitement with participants in our camp. We will teach basic fundamentals and advanced concepts to all ability levels from beginners to experienced players. Whether you simply want to learn more about volleyball or would like to become a high school volleyball player someday, this camp is for you! It is our pleasure to offer this camp to all young ladies in rising fourth grade through high school interested in learning more about volleyball and the specifics of the game. We look forward to meeting you, playing some great volleyball and having some fun! Please remember to wear appropriate gym shoes, shorts, and a t-shirt to camp. Parental Consent and Medical Authorization
I, ____________________________________, parent or guardian of _______________________, give consent for my child to attend the Robinson Bulldog Volleyball Camp. As a parent/guardian, I understand that my child’s participation will include strenuous aerobic exercise as well as a great deal of excitement in connection with the camp program. I acknowledge that injuries may occur as a result of the participation in this camp and I accept that consequence. I have advised our family physician that my child wishes to participate in the Robinson Bulldog Volleyball Camp and our physician has approved this participation. I authorize the athletic training staff and/or camp staff of the Robinson Bulldog Volleyball Camp to act accordingly and in their best judgment in the event of an emergency situation requiring medical attention. I understand that I will be notified immediately in the case of an emergency and give my permission for a physician or hospital emergency room to administer necessary care if I am not present at the time it is needed. I release Jay M. Robinson High School, its athletic personnel, and camp staff from any and all liability in the event of an accident at this camp. I understand that the necessary precautions will be taken to avoid injury, but I understand that accidents may occur in a camp environment.

The total cost of the camp is $55.00 per camper (or American Express $100 for two children from the same household). A nonrefundable deposit of $15.00 is due upon the return of Credit Card # Exp. date this form. Checks are welcome and should be made payable to JMRHS. Please make sure that this form is filled Signature out entirely and return it with the deposit to Robinson’s address on the back of this brochure by June 1, 2008. Any late registrants should contact Coach Handy immediately by phone or e-mail, or you may register on the first morning of camp. Because the order must be placed in advance, late registrants cannot be guaranteed a t-shirt. Once this form and the deposit are received, your child is registered for the camp. There will be two additional forms to complete, so please arrive with your child prior to the start of camp the first day to complete these forms and pay the balance of $40.00. These forms may be completed by another party if you send consent in writing for a designee (neighbor, relative, etc.) to do them. Thank you and we look forward to meeting your child!
