The YMCA Golf Outing proceeds benefit the Strong Kids Program. This program allows the YMCA to provide finan cial assistan ce to those who cannot afford to participate at the YMCA. In 2008, 645 individuals from Chippewa County were recepients of finan cial assistan ce. This program also allows the YMCA to collaborate with lo cal o rganizations. Some of the Lo cal organizations that have referred clients to the YMCA are: Homeless shelter fo r veterans, Op en Door Clinic, Starting Points, Family Support Center, lo cal churches, cWIC program, Cornerstone Physical Th erapy, and lo cal do ctors/clinics. Your continued support will allow the YMCA to collaborate with the community for a h ealthier tomorrow.

5:30PM-Cash Bar 5:45PM-Dinner, program, prizes, and fun! EVENT INFORMATION 1. Golf format will be a 5 person scramble. If your group has less than 5 golfers, we will fill your group. (If you are looking to be on a team or need help filling your team please contact Jennifer) 2. Two motorized golf carts will be provided for each group of five. 3. Several holes will have contests, including longest drive, longest putt, shortest drive and closest to the pin in regulation. Watch for markers on the course. There are several chances to win prizes and a great chance you will have some fun!

Super Raffle Tickets may be pre-purchased. The Super Raffles have a limited quantity of available tickets per raffle board. You may invite a guest/spouse to the dinner. There is a $25.00 charge and you will be given a ticket for your guest.

GOLF PACKAGES
MAJOR SPONSOR: $1,100-Sponsor for golfer gifts and special super raffles. Major sponsor includes 2 complimentary golfers and special recognition name boards. HOLE SPONSOR: $550-Sponsor for ticket raffle prizes. Includes 1 complimentary golfer and recognition board at a golf hole. GOLF PACKAGE: $160 PER GOLFER-Includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, beverages on course, dinner and a variety of golfer gifts.

Attached entry form must be completed and returned to the YMCA by June 30, 2009. This will assure your team is in the outing. Team spots will not be h eld after June 30 if registration is not submitted and completed.

Payment must accompany registration to assure your team spot is held. You may pay by cash, ch eck, or credit card. Please do not send cash in the mail. Cash payments accepted at YMCA.
