2564 Magnolia Blvd West Seattle, Wa. 98199 SHANE O’NEILL AGILITY NW LACROSSE CAMP 2009 Agility NW Lacrosse Camp Dempsey O’Neill: Mascot and NW Lacrosse Record Holder of Most Ground Balls For Boys in Grades 5 - 12 The goal of Agility NW Lacrosse Camp is to provide fundamental instruction to young men in the game of lacrosse. Your child will elevate his game while building new friendships. Each workout will begin with a brief warm up critical for a performing athlete. The staff is experienced in teaching fundamentals, improving stick-skill development, positive reinforcement and character building. The 2009 Agility NW Lacrosse Camp Improve Your Lacrosse Skills with Experienced Division I Collegiate Players Two Weekly Sessions June 22 - 26 July 13 - 17 Seattle, Washington Take Lacrosse to the Next Level Outstanding Staff Shane O’Neil has enjoyed strong play time as a sophomore for nationally ranked Div. I Cornell University (4th). Cornell named O’Neill Rookie of the Year for their 2008 season where he played 14 out of 15 games. O’Neill attended the Lawrenceville School as a post graduate where he was named first team All New Jersey. He helped the team to a 17-1 record. A four year letter winner and captain at Seattle Prep, O’Neill was also a three-time all state selection and named Prep’s Male Athlete of the Year. Shane is a native of Magnolia. Drew Snider recently completed his sophomore year playing lacrosse for nationally ranked (12th) University of Maryland. The Maryland Terapins made an impressive statement at the 2008 NCAA Division I Playoffs. He is a two-time US Lacrosse High School All-American and played for the West team at the 2006 National Senior Showcase. Finding the back of the net often Drew led Div. I Pacific Conference in scoring as a senior with 60 goals and 18 assists in 2006. Drew is a Queen Anne native and an enthusiastic leader. John O’Neill has been a dedicated coach and mentor of the game of lacrosse. He has coached the Queen Anne Lacrosse middle school lax team with Kris Snider capturing the 2002Washington State Middle School Championship. John has also coached as an assistant at the high school level at Seattle Prep. John personally played for Cornell Big Red lacrosse team winning the 1976 NCAA Div. I Championship. Following college, O’Neill developed his coaching passion as an assistant coach at Cornell, Dartmouth, and later Yale University. He currently works at Wells Fargo when not on a lax field. Camp Application Location In Magnolia: the field across from Our Lady of Fatima Church located on West Barrett between 33rd St. West and 34th St. West Dates 3 sessions per week: Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30pm-8:30pm Saturday: 9:30-11:30am Six Sessions: Session 1: Tues, Thurs, Sat: June 23, 25, & 27 Session 2: Tues, Thurs, Sat: July 14, 16, & 18 Cost Each weekly session will be $75 which includes 6 hours of personal instruction. Payment must be received at the start of each weekly session. We encourage you to attend more than one session in order to better develop your skills. Equipment Bring stick, helmet, gloves, pads, spikes, mouthpiece, and water bottles. Players should wear comfortable T-shirts and shorts.
