Women's Invite Entry Form 09

							   5th Annual Oak Ridge Women’s Invitational
Date: Friday, July 31, 2009
Time: 9:00am Shotgun Start, Registration at 8:00am
This Year’s Format: Partner 6-6-6     Theme: Christmas in July!
       (6 holes Scramble, 6 holes Alternate Shot, and 6 holes Best Ball.) This format is a lot of fun!
       Two ladies per team, and we will play in foursomes.
Cost: $90 per team ($45 per person)—Includes golf, cart, lunch & prizes.

Scoring: We will use you and your partner’s total handicap to flight teams.
       If you do not have a WSGA or USGA handicap, please let us know your 18-hole average.
Deadline for sign up is July 19, 2009
   •   In the event of rain, lunch and prizes will not be cancelled.
   •   If you cannot find a partner, we will help find one for you!
   •   Let us know if you have another twosome you would like to play with, we can pair you up!
