All persons, including present and former, actual or prospective customers of CarsDirect.com, and all present and former employees of CarsDirect.com, whose telephone conversations with CarsDirect.com were recorded or eavesdropped upon by CarsDirect.com during the period from October 23, 1998, through August 16, 2001 (“Class Period”), are eligible to participate as class members in the matter entitled Raymond, et al. v. CarsDirect.com, Inc., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC 256282, (hereinafter referred to as the “CarsDirect Class Action”). If you are a present or former, actual or prospective customer of CarsDirect.com who placed a telephone call to, or received a telephone call from, a CarsDirect.com employee during the Class Period, or if you are a present or former employee of CarsDirect.com who was employed by CarsDirect.com during the Class Period in any position (excluding non-managerial sales positions), you may be eligible to receive a voucher from CarsDirect.com which provides you with the following consideration: an online premium advertising space on the CarsDirect.com website to sell a used vehicle; upgraded service for such online listing to run until the vehicle is sold (i.e., the advertisement shall run until the vehicle is actually sold); iii) an allowance of up to six vehicle pictures to be uploaded to the CarsDirect.com website for the online vehicle listing ; and, iv) the voucher shall be good and not expire for a period of five (5) years after issuance.
