Qualification requirements: All parts of this form must be completed. Form must be received by Auction Company via fax or email no later than 48 hours prior to auction. Separate forms must be supplied for each prospective buyer/client Agent or Broker of Record must show property and attend auction with prospective buyer/client and provide identification If Real Estate Agent’s registered buyer/client is the successful bidder at the auction, the designated commission will be paid to the Broker of Record (Realty Company) at settlement. All information supplied by auction company is believed to be accurate although not guaranteed. Bank Foreclosure Auctions, Inc. will never knowingly withhold negative information about a property. All properties are sold “as is” and without any contingencies. It is recommended that all buyers take the necessary precautions in determining the property condition prior to the auction. All auctions require a 10% deposit by the buyer which is non-refundable and not held in escrow. Prospective buyer/clients are required to bring to the auction a $5,000 bank cashier’s check made payable to themselves. Buyers Premium and all other terms and conditions presented to all bidders are the same for those bidders registered through a licensed real estate professional. This form is required for registration and must be received by the Auction Company 48 hours prior to the auction. No other registration is required, however a valid Photo ID of the real estate professional and prospective buyer/client is required prior to the auction beginning. Any and all conditions announced at the auction supercede all prior written or verbal information.
