Rolling Hills Elementary PTO 2025 Fieldcrest Avenue Fairfield, CA 94534 (707) 399-9566 ext. 2864 October 1, 2010 Dear Friends of Rolling Hills Elementary School: The Rolling Hills Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is soliciting donations/ items for our Fourth Annual Silent Auction and Dinner on Saturday, March 19, 2011. We are requesting that you consider making a donation as you determine your charitable donations for 2011. Donations may include items such as store merchandise, gift certificates, vacation rentals, wine, baskets, sports items, excursions, etc. It may include services for items such as facials or other spa services, haircuts, arts and crafts, instructional lessons, tours, wine tastings, etc. As a means to thank the contributors, the name of each business that makes a donation will be printed on our event program and will be acknowledged in our newsletter, which is sent out to over 600 families. This event is an important fundraiser for the general fund that supports the requisition of technology, updating school materials used in classrooms, desks and chairs for the classroom, and many other much needed items throughout the school year. With recent school closures increasing our student body from 500 to over 675 and budgets being limited and/or cut, any help you are willing to provide in this endeavor would be greatly appreciated.
