   “Feasibility Study for Retailing to C and D consumers in Middle and Upper Egypt”.
Notice is hereby given of Invitation to Tender No.: IMC – IMD_03 under IMC/GoE
Open Tender Procedures for: “Feasibility Study for Retailing to C and D consumers in
Middle and Upper Egypt”.

1- Tenders must be submitted to the Industrial Modernisation Centre at the address
   mentioned below before 12:00 noon on 11/11/2010, and remain valid for a
   period of 90 days from the deadline for submission of tenders . No tender will be
   considered after this deadline.

  The public tender opening session will take place at 12:15 pm on 11/11/2010. at
  the address mentioned below.

2- Participation is open, on equal terms, to all legal intities throughout the world.

3- Clarification is accepted before 16:00 on 1/11/2010

4- The full Tender Dossier can be obtained by interested tenderers on the
  submission of a written request and authorisation letter and upon payment of a
  non-refundable fee of LE 200 (Only two hundred Egyptian Pounds) from IMC –
  Reception at the below address from 9:30-11:00 am, Sunday to Thursday.
5- Tenderers must provide a tender guarantee for an amount of L.E 3000.(Only
   three thousand Egyptian pounds) for local service providers or 380 Euros
   (Only thirty eighty hundred Euros) for foreign service provider.The tender
   guarantee must be valid for at least 90 days from the deadline for submission of
   tenders.

6- Tenders must be submitted in English .
