(Nasdaq:VCLK), today announced the launch of its goCart retail solution, a predictive and personalized shopper
marketing solution designed to drive new customers and drive sales, increase average order value and decrease cart
abandonment for ValueClick Media advertisers.

The goCart solution accesses ValueClick Media’s proprietary database of anonymous user profiles to arrive at a
structured plan for online retailers to reach their desired audience. goCart also allows advertisers to re-message
consumers who have visited their site and left without completing a purchase.

“goCart is designed to attract new buyers, and past purchasers, and drive them through the purchase funnel,” said

Guiders® is an interactive, decision-making application that launches directly from a display ad unit. The application
mimics an offline shopping experience by prompting consumers through a series of benefit-driven questions to
determine the features they care about and then guides them to the product most likely to meet their specifications.
Once that product has been identified, the application links consumers directly to multiple purchase points.

“Shopping online is an independent experience, but people still need help along the way,” said Jodi Marchewitz,
